9月5日、文京シビックホールで開催された「全国高齢者集会」を終えてから、有志でちょい飲みしました

お店は「たかの家」水道橋店です。店内は禁煙でしたが、狭いながらも喫煙室があり、ありがたく利用させていただきました

On September 5th, after the "National Senior Citizens Gathering" held at Bunkyo Civic Hall, some volunteers went for a drink.

The restaurant was "Takanoie" Suidobashi branch. Smoking was prohibited inside the restaurant, but there was a small smoking room, which we were grateful to be able to use.

かつてないほど、私は重苦しい日々が2ヶ月ほど続いていました

明日以降もなにかと用事や出かけることは多いのですが、今週まで続いた山場（繁忙期）を皆さんとのチームワークで乗り切ることができ、少なからず安堵しています

本日(2024.9.6)のランチお弁当と、デザートは鹿児島名物「かるかん饅頭」とお煎餅でした

かるかん饅頭は、 OB会の定期総会に出席されたSさんにいただきました

お煎餅は、本日の詩吟教室で生徒さんが差し入れしてくれました

I've been feeling more depressed than ever for the past two months.

I have a lot of things to do and to go out from tomorrow onwards, but I'm relieved that we were able to get through the peak (busy period) that continued until this week with the help of teamwork.

Today's (2024.9.6) lunch box and dessert were Kagoshima specialties "Karukan Manju" and rice crackers.

The Karukan Manju was given to me by Mr. S, who attended the regular general meeting of the alumni association.

The rice crackers were brought in by a student at today's Shigin class.
