OB会の新聞（年6回発行）について、試行的に自前体制で編集することになり、想定を超える難題に直面しながら、どうにかネット印刷に入稿できました。
それにしても校正（校閲）作業は、繰り返しやっても限度がない感じですが、時間をおきながら、ぎりぎりまで向かい合ってみました。それでもいくつかミスはありました。
ところで、先日、お世話になっている二つの病院（内科と皮膚科）へ行き、尿検査や血液検査をしてから、処方箋をいただき薬局で注射薬や錠剤などを受け取ってきました。
去年は1年間で8万円ほどの医療費でしたが、今年は確実に10万円を超えそうです。確定申告で医療費控除を申請できる額で、自分にとっては初めてのことです。加齢とともに、医療費が急増することを身に染みて実感しました。

We decided to edit the alumni association newspaper (published six times a year) on a trial basis, and although we faced challenges beyond our expectations, we somehow managed to submit it for online printing.

By the way, the other day I went to the two hospitals I use (internal medicine and dermatology) and had urine and blood tests, then got my prescription and picked up some injections and tablets at the pharmacy.
Last year my medical expenses were about 80,000 yen for the year, but this year it's definitely going to exceed 100,000 yen. This is an amount that I can claim as a medical expense deduction on my tax return, and this is the first time I've seen that amount. It made me realise how medical expenses increase sharply as I get older.
