たばこの気持ち

今日（2021.11.14）のテレビ東京「鉄道沿道を歩く旅」は、高崎市から上越線沿いに、越後湯沢まで向かうコースでした。

途中、出演者たちは地下深い「土合駅」までの長い階段を降りていきました。

私は40数年前、あの階段を上ったことがあります。鹿児島出身の東洋大学同学年の友人2人に誘われ、私は靴やリュックを揃え、初めての登山に向かったのです。

あの時は、とても辛かったし、沢みたいなコースでは「戻りたいけど戻れない岩の壁」に往生し、泣きたくなりました。

というわけで、本日のおやつは偶然にも鹿児島の先輩から届いた「袋菓子」と「甘納豆」でした。

Today's (2021.11.14) TV Tokyo "Walking Tour Along the Railway" was a course from Takasaki City to Echigo Yuzawa along the Joetsu Line.

On the way, the actors descended a long flight of stairs to the deep underground "Doai Station".

I had climbed those stairs more than 40 years ago. Two of my friends from Kagoshima who were in the same year at Toyo University invited me to join them, so I packed my shoes and backpack and headed for my first climb.

It was very hard that time, and I wanted to cry as I got stuck on the "wall of rocks that I wanted to go back to but couldn't" on the stream-like course.

So today's snack happened to be "bagged sweets" and "sweet beans" delivered by my senior in Kagoshima.

先日、私はかかりつけ医院に向かう途中、千歳橋交差点近くの首都高速道路の高架下にある公園で、たくさんのハトを見ました。

私はハトたちに近づいて、スマホを構えて写真を撮ろうとしたら、身体を揺らしながらたくさんのハトたちが、こちらに向かって歩いてきました。

私は、慌ててスマホのカメラのシャッターをきり、公園を立ち去りました。

The other day, on my way to my doctor's office, I saw a lot of pigeons in the park under the elevated Metropolitan Expressway near the Chitose Bridge intersection.

I approached the pigeons and was about to take a picture with my smartphone, when I saw many pigeons walking toward me, swaying their bodies.

I hurriedly released the shutter of my smartphone camera and left the park.
