政府「賃上げしたら補助金優先するよ」　安倍「アベノミクス効果が広がりだしたわ」

安倍晋三首相は東京都墨田区にあるメッキ加工会社の工場を視察した。その工場は、景気回復による業績改善で賃上げを実施しており、首相は視察後、記者団に「（政権の経済政策）アベノミクスの効果が広がり始めた」と強調した。 という。

首相は工場の視察とともに従業員らと懇談。賃上げによって晩酌が発泡酒からビールに代わったという男性従業員の言葉に、首相は笑顔をみせた。そうだ。

 

税制改正大綱、企業向け減税策ずらり　賃上げ・設備投資波及、景気左右

１４年度税制改正大綱で企業減税策の目玉に打ち出したのが、法人税に上乗せ課税されている復興特別法人税の１３年度末での１年前倒しの廃止だ。同税は１２年度から法人税額に１０％分が上乗せされており、廃止で合計約８０００億円の企業負担が軽くなる。減税分を賃上げ原資にしてもらう狙いだ。

　政府は１０月の消費税率８％への引き上げ判断と同時に成長戦略関連の税制改正を決定したが、その中でも賃上げを促すための制度を拡充。現在は給与などの年間給与総額を、前年度に比べて５％増やした企業に対し、総額増加分の１０％の税金を非課税とする制度を設けているが、増加の条件を１４年度は２％超に緩める。　という。

 “一過性のバラマキ”に、どこまで効果があるだろうか。

大盤振る舞いで、日本の借金を１千兆円超までも膨らませたアベノミクス、絶対成功してもらわなければならないが……
