調布たづくり文化会館の12階に、眺めの良いレストランがあります。

ランチビュッフェのメインは4種類、私たち4人は全員バンバーグをオーダーし、サラダバー（カレー、ごはん、味噌汁付）をたんまりトライに盛りました。

150円をプラスして、ドリンクバーもつけました。合計1250円、お腹いっぱいになりました。

On the 12th floor of the Chofu Tazukuri Cultural Centre, there is a restaurant with a great view.

There are four main courses for the buffet lunch, and all four of us ordered the bamburger steak, with a salad bar (with curry, rice and miso soup) on our tries.

We also added a drinks bar for an extra 150 yen. Total: 1,250 yen, and we were full.

やっと詩吟のイベント（天洲流吟詠会・昇段審査および合同発表会）と反省会（目ききの銀次調布駅前店）を終え、京王線調布駅から新宿に向かっています。

詩吟のイベントで、私は「太田道灌蓑を借るの図に題す」（「七重八重〜」和歌入り）を吟じました。

自分なりに最善を尽くせたかな？と思います。久しぶりの舞台は、緊張もしましたが、大きな声を出して気持ち良かったです。

I finally finished the shigin event〈Tensyu-Gineikai〉 and the review meeting〈Nekiki-no-Ginji Tyofu shop〉 and am heading towards Shinjuku from Chofu Station on the Keio Line.

At the Shigin event, I recited 'Ota Doukan Mino wo Borrowing no Zu ni Tsuite' ('Nanae Yae - with waka poem).

Did I do my best in my own way? I think I did my best. I was nervous on stage for the first time in a long time, but it felt good to speak out loud.

家族でお出かけ中に立ち止まり、また「あんなことをしている」と妻子から叱られました。

A swallowtail butterfly was sucking nectar from a flower.

I stopped while on a family outing and was scolded by my wife and child for doing that again.
