Once again, we will be running a challenging, but enjoyable hilly course at Ome on Sunday.
17km of ups and downs (you can run less).
Depending on who comes, we may have two groups, a faster one with me and a slower one with Taeko.
We will meet at Ome station at 9:30. There are coin lockers at the station. We will eat lunch afterwards.
