・AlignACEの手法（アルゴリズム）を用いて、Yeast genomeのmotif解析をする。
・"group specificity"と"positional bias"の二つの指標により、各motifを評価（クラスタリング）する。

・motifの定義「We define a motif as the characteristic base-frequently patterns of the most information-rich columns of a set of aligned sites.」

・これまた微妙に自分の範疇からズレた分野で、内容がさっぱりつかめない。お手上げ。基本的な語句"motif"、"upstream"からして分からないのが痛い。
