私達は世界を救う為に何を為すべきでないか？
毎日私達はテレビニュースなどでウクライナでの残虐行為を見ており、物資不足、値上がり、飢餓などを心配し、核戦争などを恐れています。プーチン・ロシアの侵略戦争は世界中を軍事力と同盟を増強し、核兵器の強化や連携をして、地球温暖化、種の大領絶滅、社会問題などへの対応の資源と方策を妨げています。
（都市国家から国民国家まで）国家は武器により、今では核による、戦争をはじめました。国家の利己主義が戦争の原因です。利己主義は私達の業、特にその三毒（貪瞋痴）、により始まり、それは一切は相依の縁起によってあり、だから相関し相対であるという、縁起の法に反して「自己」が実体であり主宰であるとする迷妄の、生存本能を作りました。
利己主義（「罪」は一切からの分離を意味し）の解決は、聖（全体健全）に再結合することにあります。（Religare：「再結合）に由来する）Religion （宗教）は法（道、神、法律など：真理/倫理：五/十戒、十戒：命令など）が部族、国民、世界を結合して来ました。五戒は1993年シカゴでの世界宗教会議が発出した地球倫理に採用されました。
生命と生活を維持する不殺生、不偸盗、不虚偽、協力（地球倫理の四教令）は世界中どこでも普遍的に受容されます。もし一切がそれらを守り、その違反を罰し、一切がそれらの手段を排除するならば、戦争、核、集団射殺などは無くなるでしょう。私達は自我、国家、戦争、武器や核など業の悪夢から目覚めなければなりません。

１．五戒の最初の四つは生命の可能性、物質的基盤、社会的安定、性的・世代的関係を保障するものです。不殺生は生命の可能性が十分に開花することを保障しますが、それがないと一切の可能性が否定されます。不偸盗は生命と生活の物質的支援を保障します。不妄語（虚偽等）は相互信頼に基ずく社会的安定を保障します。不邪淫は未来世代への良好な移行を保障します。
２．地球倫理宣言の四教令は五戒（最初の四）を言い換えたものです：
i 不傷害と生命尊重の文化
ii 連帯と平等な経済秩序の文化
iii 寛容と真実の生活
iv 男女間の平等な協力精神
3. この宣言は世界（普遍）人権宣言の対応として世界人務宣言として採用されるよう国連に提出されました。ガンジーが「権利のガンジスは義務のヒマラヤに淵源する」と言うように、世界人務宣言は、一切の人は殺さず、盗まず、嘘を言わず、世代継続において差別しないことを明らかにして、直ちに発布されるべきものです。これらに違反する者は誰でも人種、宗教、性別、世代、地位、所有などに関わらず、逮捕され訴追されるべきです。
4. 私達の社会は家族、氏族、部族、人種、（戦争・核などを生む）国民、そして今や（国民国家を超えて）地球へと発展してきました。国際連合は枢軸国に対する連合国により設立されその憲章は当時の状況を反映していますが、時間が経ち参加国は増え、組織運営は平等でなくなって来ました。それ故、その安保理事会などの更新など現代に適応するように更新されるべきです。例えば、安保理常任理事国である連合国は核所持を始め核最多の所有国となり内外侵害をし、今や拒否権を行使して核威嚇で侵略をしています。私達は人口比などによる平等で公平な代表権を持つなどのことを必要としています。
5. 犯罪や悪を止める第一歩は何もせず、法（真理/倫理）を見、聖（全体健全）なる調和、健康、幸福の為に一切に奉仕し救済することです。静坐は悪業を止めて、諸法（形態：現象）とその法（理法：法則）を抱擁する般若（智慧：診断）で善業を始める最善の直接的で効果的な方法です。
6. 犯罪と悪は小を大とし（エゴをエコ：諸生命と共なる生命組織、とするなど）、過去を現在とし（古い思考を新しいとする：単一国家を全世界とするなど）、世俗を超俗とする（金/物/力を命/心/和とするなど）過ち誤ることに由来します。これらは空間・時間・価値に関する過誤で、（小事を大事とする）大小過誤に纏めることができます。
7. 私達は大小過誤をすべきではありません、まして自我、社会、地位、国家、象徴主義[これら五過誤はフランシス・ベーコンの四イドラ（偶像化：偶像）の洞窟、アゴラ（市場）、劇場、人種に象徴主義を加えて５Sとしたもの]の誤解や妄想をすべきではありません。これらはすべてエルンスト・カッシラーがその「象徴の哲学」、「人間」、「国家の神話」などで指摘された象徴主義による仮構の捏造です。

What should we not do to save the world?
Every day we watch the atrocities in Ukraine on the TV news, etc.; worry about material shortages, price rises, and starvation; and fear nuclear war, etc. Putin’s Russian invasion war made all the world increase its military powers and allies and even build up and tie up its nuclear weapons, hampering resources and measures to counter global warming, mass extinction of species, social problems, etc.
States (from city states to nation states) started wars with weapons and now with nukes. States’ selfishness is the cause of wars. Selfishness starts from our karma, especially its Triple Poisons, which made the survival instinct of the nescience of the “self” as substance and sovereign against the Dharma of Dependent Co-origination, i.e., all are interdependently originated, thus related and relative.
The solution to selfishness (sin means separation from all) is in reunion with holiness (wholesome whole). Religions (from religare) reunited tribes, nations, worlds, offering the Dharma (Dao, Deva, Dei, Law, etc.: truth/ethic: Five/Ten Precepts, Ten Commandments, etc.). The Five Precepts were adopted in the Global Ethic issued by the Parliament of the World’s Religions in Chicago in 1993.
No killing, no stealing, no lying, and cooperation (four directives of the Global Ethic) to keep life and living are universally accepted anyplace in the world. If all observe them and are punished for violations of them, and if all avoid any means for them, there would be no wars, nukes, or shooting sprees. We must awaken to the fiction of the self, states, wars, weapons, and nukes, the nightmares of karma.

The first four of the Five Precepts guarantee life potential, material bases, societal stability, and gender and generation relations: No killing is to guarantee life’s potential full blooming, otherwise all possibilities are denied. No stealing is to guarantee material support for life and living. No lying is to guarantee social stability on mutual trust. No sexual misconduct is to guarantee a good transition to future generations.
The four directives of the Declaration of a Global Ethic paraphrase the Five Precepts:i the culture of no violence and respect for lifeii the culture of solidarity and an equitable economic orderiii the culture of tolerance and true livingiv the culture of the partnership between women and men
This declaration was presented to the U.N. to be employed as the Universal Declaration of Human Responsibilities as a counterpart to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. As Gandhi said that the Ganges of rights comes from the Himalaya of responsibilities, the Universal Declaration of Human Responsibilities must be issued immediately, clarifying that all should not kill, steal, lie, and discriminate in continuing generations. Anyone violating these should be caught and prosecuted regardless of race, religion, gender, generation, position, possession, etc.
Our societies advanced from family, clan, tribe, race, nation, and now must become global beyond nation states, which cause wars, nukes, etc. The United Nations was established by the united (allied) nations against the axis powers with charters that reflect the situations in those days, but times have changed with the number of participating nations increasing and the system not equally operated. So, it should be renewed to adapt to the present day with the renewal of its security council, etc. For instance, the allied nations as the permanent security council members started and stocked the most nukes, inroaded inside and out, and are now invading with the threat of nukes, using the veto power. We need an equal and equitable representation according to population, etc.
Not doing anything is the first step to stop crimes and evil, seeing the Dharma (truth/ethic), and serving and saving all in holy (wholly wholesome) harmony, health, and happiness. Still sitting is the best, direct, effective way to stop bad karma and start good karma with prognosis, which embraces and encompasses all dharmas (forms: phenomena) and Dharmas (Norms: Laws).
Crimes and evil come from errors and mistakes of taking small as great (ego as eco: life systems with lives, etc.), past as present (old thinking as new: a single state as the whole world, etc.), mundane as supra-mundane (money/matter/might as life/heart/harmony, etc.). These are the fallacies of space, time, and value, which can be summed up as the mini-max mistake (taking a small thing as a great one).
We should not make mini-max mistakes, much less the mistake of misconception or delusion of the self, society, status, state, and symbolism [the Five Fallacies, made into the five Ss adding symbolism to the four idola (idolized, idols) of cave, agora (marketplace), theatre, and race, conceived of by Francis Bacon]. These are all fictitious fabrications by symbolism as stipulated by Ernst Cassirer in his Philosophy of Symbolism, An Essay of Man, The Myth of the State, etc.
We should not blindly believe the myth of the state. Dictators delude the people to patriotism, to wage wars with weapons, even to nuke the whole world to its end. No one should blindly believe in dictators, states, wars, nukes, violating the universal law (Dharma: truth/ethic: global ethic), human rights (to life, living in peace, equality, freedom, friendship, etc.). No one should blindly believe in the other four Ss of the Five Fallacies, which also damage oneself and others.
