NIKKAとチャットをしていたときのことだ。

「近所の教会でお祭りをしている」、とNIKKAが言った。

Catholic Churchでお祭りをしているのだ。

フィリピンは、カソリックの信者が多い。

すかさず私は「撮ってこい!」と命じた。

NIKKAは、スマホを抱えて教会にいった。

パンデミックのフィリピンにあって、教会は人が集まり、お祭りの最中だった。NIKKAのライブ画像をみながら・・・

私は「もっと中まで、撮れ!」

だが、パンデミックだ。私は考え直した。「もうよい、下がれ」

NIKKAハ「ドッチナノ!?」

今は平時ではない。

それでよしとした。

NIKKAは、この頃から撮影のタイミングを覚え始めた。

画像の文字を読むと、セント・トーマス・ヴィラヌエバとある。この教会の始祖なのだろうか。そのいわれを私は、NIKKAに尋ね忘れた。

パンデミックであるが、人出は多い。

それは、BULCANが感染されていないからだろう。

NIKKAは、マニラには行きたくないといってた。

外国人が来ないから、感染もないのだろう。

それが、この街の救いだった。

It was when I was chatting with NIKKA.

"We are having a festival at a nearby church," said NIKKA.

We are having a festival at the Catholic Church.

The Philippines has many Catholic followers.

Immediately I ordered, "Take a picture!"

NIKKA went to church with his smartphone.

In the pandemic Philippines, the church was crowded and in the middle of a festival. While watching the live image of NIKKA ...

I said, "Take it all the way to the middle!"

But it's a pandemic. I reconsidered. "Good, go down"

NIKKA Ha "Dutch Nano !?"

It's not normal now.

That was good.

NIKKA began to remember the timing of shooting around this time.

If you read the letters in the image, it says St. Thomas Villanueva. Is he the ancestor of this church? I forgot to ask NIKKA about that statement.

It's a pandemic, but there are a lot of people.

That's probably because the BULCAN isn't infected.

NIKKA said he didn't want to go to Manila.

Since foreigners do not come, there may be no infection.
