久し振りにスペアリブを作ってみた。

少し雰囲気を変えようと思い、今日はマーマレードを加えてみた。

豚肉と柑橘類は相性がいいので上々の出来だった。

I cooked a "Sparerib" after a long time.
I was going to change some atmospheres of the dish and added a marmalade to the pork meat today.
As the citrus fruits were good to pork, it was the excellent result.
