昔、ブリュッセルでバケツいっぱいのこの料理を食べて以来三十年我家の定番料理
「ムール貝の白ワイン蒸し」。
ニンニク・玉葱・セロリを効かせて。今日のムール貝は大きくて格別の味だった。
