パエリア

我家の定番料理の一つ、「パエリア」

アルデンテに炊けたお米も美味しくて満足、満足。

パエリア用のお鍋も四十年も経つと味（？）が出て来て、これも良き哉！！

 One of the basic dishes of our home is "paella."
The (al dente) rice with some cores is delicious, too.

We are satisfied and are satisfied.

The pan of the paella which we used for 40 years is dignified.
This is good, too!

ブイヤベース

バンクシーをUPしている間の食事の一つ、二つを。

先ず、ガーリックブレッドとサラダを添えてブイヤベース。

ミスターマスダはブイヤベースには伊勢海老がなければと言うがそれは無理。

ブイヤベースは後のスープで作るリゾットが楽しみで作るようなものなのだが・・・・。

Today's lunch was the bouillabaisse with garlic bread and salad.
Mr. Masuda said that bouillabaisse must had a lobster, but it was impossible.
After main dish, a risotto making with the bouillabaisse soup was our pleasure.

鮑

今年二度目の鮑ずくしのランチ。この鮑はふるさと納税の返礼品である。

バターたっぷりの「鮑ステーキ」。ワインは魚貝類には一番のシャブリ。

もう一皿は「鮑の水貝」。

It was the abalone lunch of the second time in this year. .
This abalone was return favor of the hometown tax.
"The abalone steak" with plenty of the butter.
The Chablis was the best wine for shellfish.
Another one dish "the sliced abalone"(mizugai) served in cold water .

バンクシー １１

バンクシーがプロデュースしたベツレヘムの宿泊施設で、「世界一眺めの悪いホテル」

という異名を持っています。

なぜ「世界一眺めの悪いホテル」なのかと言うと、このホテルのすぐ横にはイスラエルと

パレスチナを分断する壁が築かれており、窓の外の景色は壁が見えるだけなのです。

それでもバンクシーはイスラエル、パレスチナのためにこの地に人を誘致しようと

このホテルを建てました。

外観・内装は共にいかにもバンクシーらしい奇妙で皮肉なものになっていて、

まるでテーマパークのようです。

ホテルの裏の小径に沿った隔離壁にもバンクシーの絵が描かれている。

少し隙間の空いた分離壁に描かれた2人の天使たち。スカーフで顔を半分覆い、本来なら

優しいはずの天使が、無理矢理壁をこじ開けようとしている。

壁に空けられた大きな穴の向こうでは、バケツを持った少年が砂場で遊ぶのを待っている。

パレスチナの子どもたちのビーチへの憧れを描いているようだ。

At "The Walled Off Hotel"(not  Waldorf) of Bethlehem that Banksy produced, it has the

nickname called "The worst view hotel of the world".
A wall (isolation obstacle) dividing Israel and Palestine is built  next to this hotel. 

The scenery outside from the window only can see the wall.
Banksy describes several painting on the wall.

The angel in the picture who should  be gentle cover half of her face with a scarf and  going to open the wall by force.

At the other side of the big hole on the wall, boy with a bucket is playing in the sandbox.

He describe the children's admiration to the beach of Palestinian.

今日はボジョレー・ヌーボーの解禁日。

早速味わった。

今年のこの新酒は少々お値段も高かったが味も良し。

Today is the release of a ban day of the Beaujolais Nouveau.
We tasted it promptly.
This young sake of this year had high price but the taste is good.

議員の代わりにチンパンジーが着席している英議会を描いた「退化した議会」。

イギリスの欧州連合（EU）離脱を揶揄したもの。

競売大手ササビースで競売に掛けられ、バンクシー作品で過去最高額となる

約990万ポンド（約13億円）で落札された。

”Devolved Parliament”.   The British assembly where a chimpanzee takes seat in place 

of a member of the Diet.
Banksy made fun of the European Union (EU) secession of the U.K.
On an auction in Sotheby's of auction major,  it was made a bid for for the past maximum amount and about 9.9 million pounds (about 1.3 billion yen) for Banksy work.

Barely Legal（かろうじて合法）（2006年）

ロサンゼルスの倉庫で開催された個展。37歳の生きたインド象「Tai」の全身を赤色と

金色でボディペイントしたもの。これは「Elephant in the room（部屋にいる象）」

という英語の慣用句を用いて「問題があっても、誰もそれに触れようとしない」という

メッセージを込めたパフォーマンス。

" Barely Legal" (2006).
A exhibition that was held in a warehouse of Los Angeles.
The message of performance is using an English idiomatic phrase "Elephant in the room" as "Not going to touch for this even if there are a problem".

チャーチルの有名な肖像画である。バンクシーは大胆にも彼の頭に人口芝を載せ「モヒカン」としたしている。作品名は「Turf  war（縄張り争い）」。チャーチルと彼の後継者の熾烈な争いを縄張り争いと揶揄したものである。

It is a famous portrait of Churchill.
Banksy put artificial turf on his head , and assumed it " mohican ".
The work name is "Turf war" (territorial dispute).
He made fun of the fierce fight of the successor of Churchill as a territorial dispute.

バンクシーが製作したとされる偽の１０ポンド紙幣。表はダイアナ妃の肖像画、裏には

ダーウインが印刷されている。紙幣の発行元は「バンクオブイングランド」ではなく

「バンクシーオブイングランド」。そして裏にはバンクシーのモットーである

「Trust No One（誰も信じるな）」

At "Who is  Banksy? Exhibition"

The fake ten pound note which is said to make by  Banksy.

The portrait of Princess Diana is printed on the surface of the note.

On back side, the portrait of Darwin is printed. 

Issuance of note is "Banksy of England" not "Bank of England".
And "Trust No One" (do not believe anyone) which is a motto of Banksy 

on the back side of the note.

コロナ 禍を 風刺 したとも言われる、おばあさんがくしゃみをしている作品。

英ブリストルで昨年12月、バンクシーの生家とされる家の壁で見つかった

ステンシルアート「Aachoo!!」。

その後、バンクシーの作品であることが確認され、家の所有者は家の売却を取りやめた。 

 

一見するとフェルメールの《Girl with a Pearl Earring  真珠の耳飾りの少女》に見える、耳飾りが黄色い警報器で代用された《 Girl with a Pierced Eardrum 鼓膜の破れた少女》。2014年に

バンクシーが描いた作品だが、2020年4月22日、何者かによって医療用マスクが加えられているのが見つかった。グラフィティが常に変化にさらされていることを体現する作品でもある。 

The stencil art of "grandmother sneezes"  satirized a corona evil.

(upper pic) That was found on the wall of the house assumed the birthplace 

of Banksy in British Bristol on last December. The picture was titled "Aachoo!! ".
It was confirmed to be a work of Banksy and the home owner canceled the sale 

of the house afterwards.

(lower pic)  It is seen in "Girl with Pearl Earring" of Vermeer when we have a look.
An earring was substituted in a yellow alarm," Girl with Pierced Eardrum".
It was painted by Banksy in 2014 at Bristol, but it was found that a medical mask 

was added on April 22, 2020 by someone.

“壁に絵を描く”という行為に、人類は先史以来、魅了されてきた。

学校の教科書で目にする洞窟壁画はアートの始まりであり、祖先の高い表現能力を示す

芸術だ。その痕跡は、数万年前のものとは思えないほど自由そのものだ。

洞窟に絵を描くという行為　ラスコーの絵「芸術のはじまりを知る」。

The human has been attracted since prehistory by an art to "draw a picture on the wall".

The cave fresco  picture of Lascaux  "knows the beginning of art".
It is art indicating the ancestral high artistic sensitivity.

ロンドンのフランス大使館前に催涙ガスで涙を流している『レ・ミゼラブル』のコゼット

とQRコードを描く。QRコードをスマートフォンで読み込むと、フランス警察が催涙ガス

やゴム弾で難民を急襲している様子が撮影されたYouTubeの動画にリンクされる。

At "Who is  Banksy? Exhibition"

Cosette of "Les Miserables" shedding tears with tear gas is painted in front of a French embassy at London.  The QR code is painted in the picture , too.
When people read QR cord with a smartphone, it is linked to a video of YouTube.

 YouTube mentioned "The French police attacked the refugees with tear gas and a rubber bullet".

明るいニュースの 裏 には、 暴動 や 人種差別 といった、様々な問題があります。

バンクシーは、「現代社会の問題はここにあるよ」と、伝えてくれています。

There is good news, but we have various problems with a riot or racial discrimination.
Banksy is saying "the problem of the modern society is right here".

”The Son of a Migrant from Syria”

大きな袋を担いだ見慣れた男、スティーブ・ジョブスだ。

右手に昔懐かしい初代Macを持っている。

２０１５年シリア難民危機の時、バンクシーがフランス・カレーの難民キャンプの壁に

描いたものである。

「難民は国のお荷物ではない。ジョブスはシリア難民の息子だぜ。その昔彼の父親を

アメリカが受け入れたから年間７０億ドルもの税金を払う世界に冠たるアップル社が

出来たのだ」こんな声明も発表した。

これと同じMacが我家の二階にある。学生時代次男のJ君が使ったものである。

お宝になるかな？

At "Who is  Banksy? Exhibition"　ーThe Son of a Migrant from Syriaー

There is familiar man, Steve Jobs who carried a big bag on his shoulder. He holds classic 

first Mac in his right hand.  Banksy painted him on the obstacle at the refugee camp of the France Curry on the time of refugees crisis at Syria in 2015.
"The refugees are not trouble maker for the country.  Jobs is a son of Syrian refugees. 

There was Apple Inc. which was outstanding in the world that paid a tax of 7 billion dollars a year because the United States accepted his father in old days" he announced such a statement.

There is a Mac same as photo in our house.
Our second son J-kun used it for his school days.
Does it become the treasure?

落書き風のグラフィティアート（ストリートアート）で知られるバンクシーの作品と 

描が かれた 街並を再現した 展覧会「バンクシーって 誰だれ ？展」が

天王州アイルで開催されている。

バンクシーは、 英国 や中東などの街角に絵を描くグラフィティアーティストだ。 

神出鬼没で、ゲリラ 的に描かれる作品は、 政治や社会の様々な 矛盾を表しているとも

言われている。オークションで 落札された絵 [Girl with Balloon] が 額縁に仕込まれた

シュレッダーで細かく切れてしまうという“シュレッダー事件”でも世間を 騒さわ がせた

ことは記憶に新しい。

バンクシーが 壁に描いた、ハートの風船を持った女の子の絵のそばに、誰かが「ＴＨＥＲＥ　ＩＳ　ＡＬＷＡＹＳ　ＨＯＰＥ（いつだって 希望はある）」と書き 加えた作品もあります。

この一文が加わったことで、風船に希望がつまっているようにも感じられる。 

"Who is  Banksy? Exhibition" is held at Tennouzu-Aisle.
Banksy is a graffiti artist representing the picture on street corners of the U.K. or the 

Middle East.   His works at the unexpected place expresses his politics and social 

various contradiction.   A picture(Girl with Balloon)  at auction was cut with a shredder 

fitted with a frame finely.   It was new in memory even in this.
