We cannot go to Paris for a Covit 19 evil. I made the Eiffel tower with pottery at our garden to enjoy an atmosphere of Paris.

久し振りに街に出たら面白い物に出会った。というのは
「PLAZA CREATE]から出している「EIFFEL TOWAER] 木製のキット。
１２２ピース、細かな手作業が続いたが、二日程で仕上げてしまった。
そこで、我家のあちこちにあるエッフェル塔を集めてパチリ。
何故か、結構あるものだなあ。

昼食の後、ミスターマスダは最近組み立て始めていた木製キットの
「エッフエル塔」作りに次男も巻き込んで時の経つのも忘れてしまう程・・・。
そしてお茶の時間。次男の御土産のわらび餅は上々の味、ミスターマスダ新作の茶碗も上々。
嬉しいひと時であった。

二、三日前、家族は皆それぞれの用事で外出してしまったからと言って昼頃、
次男が遊びに来た。
熊本・球磨川の鮎が届いていたのでお昼に頂いた。
素人の悲しさ、焼き方はイマイチだが、味は絶品。
織部焼の長皿はミスターマスダの作品。

８月１６日（火）
今年も高砂百合の季節がやって来た。家でも年々増えて庭のあちらこちらで咲き始めた。伸びて伸びてニメートル位の高さの物もある。
そんな中、面白い所に咲いた高砂百合がある。先年、ミスターマスダが
手捻りで作った釣偲ぶに一輪咲いた。種子が飛んで行ったのだろうがこんなところで花を見せるのは誠に嬉しいことだ。
正面から見た百合。釣忍は二段になっている。下の物は緑に隠れていが・・。その下にある風鈴もミスターマスダの手造り。
横から見た百合。何とも愉快な姿である。

８月１２日（金）
一昨日に続いて今朝、綺麗な色の朝顔が咲き始めた。
苗についていた袋に「濃紅」と書かれていたがその通り、とても美しい色合いで早朝から
とてもハッピーな気分である。
藍色の朝顔、今朝はたくさんの花を見せたので、二つ程、ガラス鉢に飾って食卓に。
気分の良い朝食であった。

昨日から今朝に掛けて藍色の朝顔と紫色の朝顔が咲き始めた。
藍色の朝顔は昨年の零れ種がインドデイゴの枝に絡んでグングン伸びたもの、
紫色の朝顔は苗についていた袋の写真では”巨大輪・淡紅”とあったのだが
なぜか程々の大きさの紫色。何とも不思議だが、どちらも蕾が沢山付いているので、これからが楽しみ。

However the photograph of seed bag mentioned "huge ring, pink".
It was very mysterious, but this is a pleasure as there are a lot of buds both.
８月６日（土）
八月一日、ザッハトルテ・クグロフ・クッキー詰め合わせ、デメルの銘菓が届いた。こいつは〇〇から縁起が良いわいということでクッキー大好きなミセスマスダは上機嫌。
Today, a package of SacherTorte, Gugelhupt and Assorted cookies of Demel was delivered from our longtime friend to comfort us for Covit .
Our pleasure of the teatime increased.
