オランジェット

ミスター・ミセスマスダ、二人とも晩白柚が大好きだ。

今年は頂いた後の皮を砂糖漬にし、更にラム酒を効かせたブラックチョコレートで

コーティング、”オランジェット”　にしティータイムを楽しんでいる。

Mr. & Mrs. Masuda, two like Banpeiyu-orange.
She preserved a peel of Banpeiyu in sugar.  Then she coated the black chocolate 

with rum on the peel and made Orangette.   We enjoyed them on teatime today.
