今日は滋賀県から思いがけない贈物が届いた。
八日市市 ”招福楼”の「鰻山椒煮」。関西に住んでいた頃馴染んだ味だ。
酒の肴に、熱々の御飯に、そしてお茶漬けにと、暫くは幸せな日が続きそうだ。
