以前、イタリア人の家庭でご馳走になったパスタを作ってみた。
オリーブオイルで鷹の爪とアンチョビーを炒め続いて玉葱を炒め、仕上げにフェンネルを。
至極簡単で美味。
りんごとセロリ、それにレーズンと胡桃を加えたウゥルドルフ・アストリア・ホテルの
名物サラダヲ添えて。
I was entertained with pasta lunch by an Italian family on old days.
I cooked the same pasta today. The sauce of pasta is mainly an anchovy
and onion with olive oil and several spices. It is quite easy to cook and is delicious.
