うなぎ

御仲人第一号、ミスターマスダが三十三歳ミセスが二十八歳の時にお見合いから御両親への紹介,結納等々、頼まれ仲人ではなく本格的にアレンジし以後五十余年お付合いしているKR夫妻が鰻の白焼きを十串送ってくれた。

今日は「土用の丑」、ダイニングテーブルに調理器を持ち出して

「白焼き」、「蒲焼き」を堪能した。美味！美味！、これ以上の鰻は希めない。

A friend gave ten skewers of ell to us. 

It is the day of " Doyo the hottest day on summer" today. We ate the ell  promptly with thanks.
At first we steamed the ell for 15 minutes. Then we baked them until reached brown color. 

It became "Shirayaki".  We sprinkled Japanese pepper on this and ate them with a soy sauce  and wasabi. 

Next dish, It became "the Kabayaki" when we intertwined the ell with sweet sauce.
Delicious! Delicious! Thank you for the delicious meal.
