今日は、久しぶりにムール貝が手に入った。
ニンニク・セロリ少々と白ワイン蒸しに。
ブリュッセル名物のムール貝白ワイン蒸しは、当時、ブリュッセルに駐在していた
次男の案内で食べたのが初体験。バケツの様な大鍋で供されるムール貝、
こんなに美味しいものがあるかと驚愕、26,7年前、レオンでの事。
その後,パリ・デュッセルドルフ・ドービル・オンフルール等、ムール貝があれば
何処でも食べたものだ。
