早咲きの椿「西王母」の初花、一輪が咲いた。莟は沢山見える。
ミセスマスダが、十年程前、その時九十三歳くらいだった歌友から
鉢植えの「西王母」を頂いた。
土に下して、ニメートル位にまで育った。新春・節分の頃まで次々と咲く。
