久し振りのランチ

１１月２日（火） 

友人夫妻とのランチ。二年振り位いだろうか？
青山のレストラン「E・・・・」。何もかもが美しく、そして美味しかった。

Because of a corona evil, we had the lunch with our friend couple after a long absence　.
At restaurant "E・・・ ..." of Aoyama. All dishes were beautiful and were delicious.

アボカドのシュリンプカクテル

何と言って特別な事はないけれど久し振りにこんな物を。

アボガドも海老もオーロラソースも確り冷やして。

I cooked the shrimp cocktail which I did well in old days.
The avocado ,the prawns and an aurora source must be cooled well.
