本当に久し振りの「鰻」だ。ぬる燗の「七笑い」で先ず口を湿す。
肴は「鰻の山椒煮」と今日は「鮑」だ。
本命は「肝吸い」と「うな重」の松、満足である。
最期に「ほうじ茶」、口の中がさっぱりした。心遣いが嬉しい。
It was the lunch of "the eel (Una-ju)" really after two years interval.
At first, I drank "Nana-Warai of Sake" warming up low temperature.
The appetizer dishes were "eel cooked with pepper" and "an abalone".
Main dish was "Una-ju" with "the clear soup of the liver of the eel".

It was beautiful. End of the lunch, we drank "Houji-cha of roasted tea"
which made our mouth inside refresh. This is the kind consideration of Japanese meal.
