ミセスマスダの学生時代の友人、高崎に住む方から「下仁田葱」が
段ボール箱にギッシリいっぱい届いた。
鍋料理には無論、焼き葱、天麩羅、おぬた、葱味噌等々様々に楽しめそうだ。
先ずは我家の大好物、ポワロー・ヴィネグレットで賞味。至福の時間である。
