シドニー在住時代からの五十年に亘るお付合いをしている友人夫婦と久し振りにお会いした。
コロナ禍で会う事が儘ならない日々を一挙に取り戻すかのよう
御蕎麦屋さんで3時間その後コーヒーで2時間、話は尽きる事なく愉快な
一日であった。本むら庵は蕎麦・蕎麦掻は言うまでもないが京懐石を
思わせる数々のお供も絶品。庭の菖蒲も見事。

We went for lunch with our close friends at the noodle shop "Honmura-an" of Ogikubo after interval of six months due to a corona evil.
Soba, Sobagaki was delicious, but the many plates such as the Kyoto Kaiseki were good, too.
The iris of the garden was wonderful, also.
