久能山東照宮

次の目的地は久能山東照宮。日本平よりロープウエーで行きます。乗車時間５分　萌えるような新緑の中、遠くは駿河湾、足元には石垣苺の畑が俯瞰されました。

参拝当日四月十七日は家康公の命日だそうで、神官や徳川家ゆかりの方々による祭祀が行われていました。

楼門

楼門より拝殿に上り参拝。

ここから家康公の墓所である神廟までの階段百二十段余。これは大層厳しいものでした。

神廟には東照宮遺訓が掲げられていました。

次の目的地は日本平、富士山の眺望を期待しています。

We took a Ropeway from Nihondaira to reach Kunozan Toshogu Shrine. From the Gondola window, we enjoyed the beautiful view of Suruga Bay and greenery valley. We visited the shrine on April 17th, the anniversary of Lord IEYASU's death. It's a coincidence, but something impressive...The staircase to his mausoleum has over 120 steps and was challenging but exhausting. After catching our breath, we paid our respects at the shrine. Next, we headed to Nihondaira to see Mount Fuji's panoramic view.

 

 

修善寺

４月２０日

 

久し振りに家族旅行をおこなった。静岡で法事を済ませた後、長男の運転で最初の目的地は修善寺温泉である。道中富士が綺麗。

修善寺でのホテルでは当然ながら露天風呂が素晴らしい。それも富士の見えるベランダの個人用である。

食事も特筆すべきは駿河湾の金目鯛とか山葵飯。絶品である。

何はともあれ修善寺に参拝。そして散策。

午前十時ごろ次の目的地「久能山東照宮」に向かった。

After a long while, our eldest son drove us on a family trip to the Shizuoka area. Our first stop was the "Shuzenji Onsen" where we relaxed in the open-air bath at the hotel. We also visited the Shuzenji temple and took a leisurely stroll around the Katsura River area. It was a wonderful and enjoyable time.-
