御礼してたら急な展開ですが

いまだにお正月気分を捨てないmonakaです。

ここで皆様にご挨拶いたします。

多いのか少ないのかは別として、昨日訪問くださった方が100,000人を超えました。
悪文に関わらず、見捨てなさらなかったか方々に心から御礼申し上げます。
またこれからも、変わらぬお付き合いをお願い致します。

いや～、驚いたりしていると、ばたばたといろいろなことが起こり始めました。
応援しているピアニスト、ハクエイ・キムがトライソニークというトリオ名のバンドを始動して数ヶ月がたちます。
昨年度渋谷でみたのが、私としては始めて、グループとしては３度目ぐらいの演奏でした。
その後、何度か演奏しているので、どのようになったのか、新曲は定着したのか、本年初ハクエイに行くことにしました。
場所は有楽町「季立」というＢＡＲですが、ソールアウトだそうで、私は去年の早い時点に予約していました。
１月１６日に会います、と新年の挨拶をハクエイキムにしたら、折り返しメールが来て、その内容に驚きました。
ハクエイのオーストラリアにいる師匠マイク・ノックが来日していて、同じく１月１６日に新宿ピット・インでトリオ演奏するそうです。

行くことが出来るので急遽参加です。

ノックの古いアルバム「The Forth Way」の日本盤ＬＰをハクエイを通じてノックに贈ったことで、大変喜んでもらったことがあります。
日本に行く折には会いましょうなどとメールも頂いていたので、初対面ですがＬＰを買ってから実に４１年して対面です。
明日は実にダブルヘッダーになってしまいます。英語は難儀な私ですが、堪能な通訳も付くそうなので、ノックのアルバム（６枚あった）、完全サイン依頼に行ってきます。

３年前にＬＰを送ったときにノックに添えた手紙がありました。
つたない文面ですが、当時の気持ちを書いたものなので添付いたします。

Dear, Mr Nock.

I am very glad to send this letter for you.
It is the grand plasure for me to send the LP that I had through HAKUEI.

Then my favorites were MILES, G・Burton, C・Loyd,　Ｋ・Jarrett, R・Maclure, ・・・・and you.
I remember " Count Rock Band".

I would like to explain why I am so happy to send this LP to you.
I feel that as " Chain of plasure"

It started like that.

In 9/Oct/2005 at the concert(YOKOHAMS Jazz Promenade),I have known Mr,Hakuei for the first time.
My wife Said "I'd like to havw wine listening Hakuei."
That was the first pleasure.
In 29/Oct/2005 at the show of K・Jallet in Japan, my wife saw Hakuei walking.
I talked to Hakuei sitting on the seat, without knowing that he spoke japanese.
“　Ａｒｅ　Ｙｏｕ　Ｍｒ、Ｈａｋｕｅｉ　？　”
" And are you a student of Mike Knock? "
It was joyful happening.

A week later, I felt something relation ( that is said 'EN' in japanease) and went to the Live of Hakuei,
then met the fantastic performamce.
It was the third plasure.

And I felt that The LP I had shld be had by Hakuei, so I decided to present him.
Hakuei was so glad. That was the next plasuere.
And Hakuei decided to send this LP for you.
It is the "Chain of Plasuere".

I hope that the LP bring the new plasure for you.
I am so happy to listen the fantastic performance by Hakuei in Japan.
And hope the further Success of Hakuei.
Please take care yourself, and continue your own performance and lecture.
It is the first letter for me to the person out of Japan.
