白カビ系の「ブリアサラバン」が手に入った。
ケーキ感覚で食べられるチーズで好きなチーズの一つである。
いつもはレーズンとかマーマレードと一緒に楽しんでいたが
店員からベリーのジャムが良く合うと言われ試してみた。
I was able to get "Brillat Savarin". It is one of my favorite cheese.
It is eaten for the feeling such as the cake. I always ate it with raisin or marmalade,
but shop staff advice me with jam of the berry. I tried it and not too bad.
