ご好評の、中国からの荷物が届かないシリーズ・・・

「その8」です。（笑）

 

 

もう、このまま「迷宮入り」か、と思われた HP Mini 1000 のパッテリーですが・・・

ダメもとで出した、「Dispute」の反応が返ってきました。

 

 

Thank you for contacting Alibaba. I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order .

Based on the current evidence, your complaint is valid. Now we have 2 options for you. You can only choose one option. Please negotiate with seller and give us your option within 3 calendar days. If you two parties add the effective evidence during these 3 calendar days, we will remediate the case accordingly.

 

これを読むと、私のクレームは受理されたようです。

そして、2つの選択肢から、どちらかを選びなさい。

（逆言うと、選択肢は2つしか無いし、そのどちらかを選ぶしか無い・・・）

で、その2つの選択肢が以下です。

 

 

1. Full refund, no returning goods. If seller provides the evidence for counterclaim within 3 calendar days, we will remediate the case according to the effective evidence provided; if seller doesn’t counterclaim, the order will be mediated according to this solution.                  

2. Return for full refund. Please note that you should bear the shipping fee of return which may be expensive. If seller agrees to bear the shipping back cost for you, please negotiate with him/her to transfer the shipping fee to you offline based on your agreement. AliExpress could only arrange the total amount of this order after seller receives the goods. Also we suggest you confirm the shipping fee with the Post Office before you decide to return. If you choose this way, we will ask seller to provide the returning address.

 

 

1つ目は、「全額返金、商品の返還も不要」・・・のように読めるのですが、本当かなぁ。

2つ目は、「全額返金、だけど商品を私の負担で返還する」というものです。

2つ目の方が常識的に考えると、「まとも」なのですが・・・どっち?　と聞かれると、1つ目が断然良いですよね。　私が1つ目を選択すると、SHOPは当然、反論してくると思うのですが・・・どう反論するかも見物かと・・・ブログねたとしては、断然1つ目の案を選択したいです。

 

 

まだ、間違って送られてきたバッテリーを中国に送り返すのに幾ら掛かるか確認していませんが、商品の値段に比べると結構な値段だと想像しています。

 

 

また、この後の展開が楽しみになってきました。（笑）

Rescue-A rules 2013 2.1 Control:

次のお題は「制御」です。

2.1.1 Robots must be controlled autonomously (use of a remote control to manually control or pass information to the robot is not allowed).
2.1.2 Robots must be started manually by the team captain.

2.1.1 ロボットは自律制御式でなければなりません。（ロボットを手動で制御したり、ロボットに情報を与えるなどリモートコントロールは使用してはいけません）
2.1.2 ロボットはチームキャプテンが手動でスタートさせます。

こんな感じでしょうかねぇ。

大きな変更はありません。

2.1.2 で、ロボットをスタートさせるのはチームキャプテンである、と明記されました。

まあ、他のメンバーは、そもそもアリーナに近づけないので、物理的にキャプテンしかさわれないのですけどね。（笑）

2012年ルールには 2.1.4  に書かれていた、通信に関しての記述は、2.2.4 に移りました。

（何故か!? 2.1.3 の項番が抜けていた・・・笑）
