パレスチナに８年分の郵便物配達へMAIL DELIVERED 8 YEARS LATE

Palestinian postal workers are sorting through tons of mail that was finally delivered after an eight-year holdup.
Israel was responsible for blocking the mail from getting through via Jordan. Workers in the West Bank city of Jericho are now trying to get the piles of letters and parcels ready for final delivery.

"After eight years, it didn't come as it is supposed to be, with lists, and categorized. We got it all mixed."

Israel controls the borders around the West Bank and does security checks on its mail. Palestinians have accused the Israelis of failing to implement a 2016 agreement under which Israel eases restrictions on postal links.
