1938年、東京生まれ。落語家。古今亭志ん生の次男(長男は金原亭馬生)に生まれる。

2001年、逝去。正統派江戸前落語の名人。
古典芸能の「住吉踊り」を復興したことや、俳優業でも知られた

63歳で亡くなられてもう16年か？

【印象に残った一行】
親父とは別なんですよ。生まれも違う。育ちも違う。持っているも元々のものが違う。経験が違う。全部あたしと違うんです。

【コメント】
本当にもう少し長生きして欲しかった。今日も師匠の落語を聞きながら寝よう。

She also said that with a lot of hard work and a good education, anything is possible, even becoming president.

憲問第十四の四十五

【漢文】
原壌夷俟、子曰、幼而不孫弟、長而無述焉、老而不死、是爲賊、以杖叩其脛。

【書き下し文】
原壌(げんじょう)、夷(い)して俟(ま)つ。子曰わく、幼(よう)にして孫弟(そんてい)ならず、長(ちょう)じて述(の)ぶること無く、老いて死せず。是(これ)を賊と為す。杖を以(もっ)て其(そ)の脛(はぎ)を叩(う)つ。

【現代語訳】
昔なじみの原壌(げんじょう)が道にうずくまって孔子を待っていた。
孔子は、「子供の頃には反抗的で、大人になっても大した事もせず、無駄に年を取ってまだ死なずにいる。こんな輩こそ社会に害を為す賊と言うのだ。」とおっしゃり、その脛を杖で叩かれました。

【English】
Yuan Rang had been sitting and waiting for Confucius. Confucius said, "He was not obedient when he was a child. He was not anything when he was an adult. He is still living after getting old in vain. Such a person is a public enemy." Confucius hit Yuan Rang's shin with his cane.


『論語』とは
読んで字の如く「論じ語る」、孔子と弟子達や要人達との間に交された対話録。
『論語』は私たちの生き方の原点を見つめた思索の宝庫であり、人間性を磨く叡智が凝縮した永遠の古典。
読めば読むほど胸に深く沁み込む簡潔な言葉の数々。
『孟子』『大学』『中庸』と併せて儒教における「四書」の一つに数えられる。
全20編（学而第一～堯曰第二十） 構成され、編の名称は各編の最初の二文字を採ったものであり内容上の意味はない。
したがって、学而第一から順に読む必要はなくどこから読んでもかまわない。
