For the overwhelmed woman, time given to reading Overwhelmed will be well spent. The author has a rare gift: insight combined with clear, crisp writing. Nancy K. Schlossberg, author of seven books, is president of TransitionWorks, a consulting firm; Professor Emerita at the University of Maryland, College Park; and served as president of the National Career Development Association. どんな転機でも、「見定め」「点検し」「受けとめる」ことで必ず乗り越えられる。
四つのS（Situationn,Self,Support,Strategies)があなたの転機を成功に導く。
必要なことは、これこそ本書の言いたいことなのであるが、行動し続けること、考えること、決断することである。

私も、丁度今おそらく人生最後の転機となる、転職を迎えようとしている。
私自身もそうだが、新しい職場でも活かしていきたい。
