The World Health Organization has called on people to avoid the "Three C's."
These are the three settings where COVID-19 spreads easily.
The WHO sent out a message on Facebook. It said the "Three C's" stand for "crowded places," "close-contact settings," and "confined and enclosed spaces."
The message also said people should stay home if they are unwell, unless they are going out to seek urgent medical care.
Johns Hopkins University says the number of confirmed cases worldwide has topped 14 million. Over 600,000 people have died.
The New York Times has reported that daily infections in the U.S. surpassed 70,000 for the second day in a row on Friday.
There is no sign that the spread of the virus is slowing.
