【漢文】
魯人爲長府、閔子騫曰、仍舊貫如之何、何必改作、子曰、夫人不言、言必有中。

【書き下し文】
魯人(ろひと)、長府(ちょうふ)を為(つ)くる。
閔子騫(びんしけん)が曰わく、旧貫(きゅうかん)に仍(よ)らば、これを如何(いかん)、何(なん)ぞ必ずしも改(あらた)め作らん。
子曰わく、夫(か)の人は言わず。言えば必ず中(あた)ること有り。

【通釈】
魯の人々が国の倉庫を改築しようとした。
閔子騫(びんしけん)が、「昔ながらの様式で建てましょう。どうしてわざわざ新しい様式で建てる必要があるでしょうか。」
と言いました。
これを聞いた孔子が、「彼はめったに話さないが、彼の言葉はいつも的を射ている。」とおっしゃいました。

【English】
Confucius said, "Zi Lu is not good at playing the Se (a kind of stringed instrument) considering that he is my pupil." Other pupils became not to respect him. Confucius said, "Zi Lu has a skill to enter the palace. But he does not have a skill to enter the heart of the palace."

『論語』とは

読んで字の如く「論じ語る」、孔子と弟子達や要人達との間に交された対話録。
『論語』は私たちの生き方の原点を見つめた思索の宝庫であり、人間性を磨く叡智が凝縮した永遠の古典。
読めば読むほど胸に深く沁み込む簡潔な言葉の数々。
『孟子』『大学』『中庸』と併せて儒教における「四書」の一つに数えられる。
全20編（学而第一～堯曰第二十） 構成され、編の名称は各編の最初の二文字を採ったものであり内容上の意味はない。
したがって、学而第一から順に読む必要はなくどこから読んでもかまわない。

HIROSHIGE,from the "MOON" series.

広重の風景画には月の出ているものが多く、浮世絵の世界では俗に「光りもの」と呼ばれている。春夏秋は必ずといっていいほど満月が描かれ、柔らかく人間に親しみをもたせる。冬は三日月が描かれ、寂しさと身にしまる感じを見せる。構図の巧みさにより、これほど人間の心に寄り添った月を描いた画家は、広重のほかにいない。現代の彫師・摺師による復刻版画として再現しました。

歌川 広重（うたがわ ひろしげ、寛政9年（1797年） - 安政5年9月6日（1858年10月12日）は、浮世絵師。本名安藤鉄蔵。
江戸の定火消しの安藤家に生まれ家督を継ぎ、その後に浮世絵師となった。
かつては安藤広重（あんどう ひろしげ）とも呼ばれたが、安藤は本姓、広重は号であり、両者を組み合わせて呼ぶのは不適切で、広重自身もそう名乗ったことはない。
また、ゴッホやモネなどの画家に影響を与え、世界的に著名な画家である。

【印象に残った一行】
冷暖自知
器に入っている水は、見ているだけでは「冷たい」のか「暖かい」のかわからない。実際に自分で飲んでみる以外に冷暖を知る手立てはないのだ。考えるより動くことが大事。

大地黄金
たとえそこがどこであれ、いまいるところ、自分の置かれている場所で、精いっぱい尽くす。すると、その場所が黄金のように輝いてくる。
光り輝く黄金の大地があるのではありません。そこにいるあなたが大地を黄金にするのです。自分には合っていないように感じても、やりたいことと違っていても、「いま」「そこ」で就いている仕事が「あなたの仕事」なのです。


門を開けば福寿多し
清風名月を拂い、名月清風を拂う
人はつき合っている人に生かされ、また、その人を生かしてもいる

今は、すっかり老いぼれて、もの憂くなってしまった。浮き世のことには、何の執着も未練もない。とらわれることも、こだわるものもなく、寝転びながら、こうして山々の緑を眺めているのが、なによりの楽しみだ。

「コールセンターに世界初の人工知能」AI CALL CENTER

Officials at a major Japanese bank plan to start using a new computer system in its call centers to speed up service. The computer is equipped with artificial intelligence that's capable of assessing conversations. Mizuho Bank will be one of the first in the world to introduce such a system.
Mizuho management says the system is based on IBM's artificial intelligence "Watson." It will go into operation next year.
Officials say Watson will be able to respond correctly to inquiries by monitoring telephone conversations between customers and operators. They say bank operators often have difficulties finding proper instructions in the huge database. The officials say the new system will help them respond more quickly.

"The system will enable us to shorten the time doing the search, so we can speed up our responses. Also, the responses will be more adequate and accurate."

Another major bank in Japan, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, also plans to introduce the system.
