【通釈】
閔子騫(びんしけん)は孔子のお側に居る時は恭しい態度であった。
子路(しろ)は武骨な態度であった。冉子(ぜんし)と子貢(しこう)は和やかな態度であった。
孔子は彼らと過ごす時を楽しまれましたが、「子路の様な男はまっとうな死に方ができないだろう。」とおっしゃいました。

Min Zi Jian attended on Confucius modestly. Zi Lu attended roughly. Ran You and Zi Gong attended friendly. Confucius enjoyed spending time with them. Confucius said, "Zi Lu will not die normally."

◆著者について◆
星覚（せいがく）： 1981年、シンガポール生まれ。幼少時代をポーランド・イギリス・鳥取県で過ごす。
慶應義塾大学卒業後、雲水（禅の修行僧）となる。
曹洞宗大本山永平寺にて三年間の修行を経て、中国、アメリカ、ポーランド、ドイツなど多くの海外道場に参禅。都市生活の中で修行を続け、現在はベルリンの道場での坐禅指導を中心に、ワークショップ、カウンセリング、パフォーマンス、執筆など様々な活動で禅を世界に伝えている。

【印象に残った一行】
「人間は根っこでは本当はつなっがているんだ」
天龍寺の笹川老師はそういって右手と左手を目の前に出します。
片方の指でもう片方の指とけんかしてみるといい。骨をお折れるか。相手を傷つけることができるか。できはしない。ひとつにつながっていて、相手の痛みがわかるからだ。
自分に対する認識を変えるのは難しいと思うかもしれませんが、見えるし触れることのできる身体ならば、変えられます。身体を調えれば自分が変わる。すると自然と見える世界が変わって来る。型に身をゆだねるという一歩を踏み出すことで、道はひらけます。頭が抱え込んだ問題が重ければ重いほど、それを手放した時の開放感は、はかりしれません。
ゆだねきってしまったら、あとは自分ができることをただただやるしかありません。身体をたよりに、とにかく続けます。自我をなくしていくと迷わず感じたままに思い切って生きることができるのです。

A ceremony has been held to mark the unveiling of Japan's first domestically-developed passenger plane in about 50 years.
The Mitsubishi Regional Jet was developed by Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation. The first model was displayed at a ceremony in Aichi Prefecture.
The aircraft measures 35.8 meters long and has a wingspan of 29.2 meters. Each wing is fitted with a state-of-the-art single engine. The aircraft has 78 to 92 seats.
Engineers designed the jet for short-distance flights as demand for such services are on the rise around the world, particularly in emerging economies. Officials say they've already received orders for 400 of the fuel efficient jets from domestic and international carriers.
Mitsubishi has been testing the strength of the fuselage since earlier this month. Officials say they expect to conduct a full-scale test flight as early as April. They plan to deliver the first jet to All Nippon Airways in April 2017.
