・あらすじ
過酷なキャトル・ドライブの旅を背景に、ジョン・ウェインふんする西部男と１１人の少年たちの心の交流を描いた異色西部劇。
人手不足に悩む牧場主が、やむなく雇うことになったのは幼い少年たちだった。
未経験の彼らを訓練しつつ進んでゆく牛追いの旅。
行く手に待ち受ける数々の困難と立ち向かいながら、少年たちは次第に男としての勇気を身に付けてゆくのだった…。

(2)信頼
常に相手の行動の背景にある善意を見つけようとし、根拠を求めず無条件に信じること
(3)協力
目標に向けて仲間と合意出来たら、常に問題解決の努力をすること
(4)共感
相手の関心、考え方、感情や置かれている状況などに関心を持つこと

【コメント】
アドラー心理学への理解がより深まった。後は実戦で実践するのみ。

ASEAN's 10 member countries are expected to spend 58 billion dollars on new military gear over the next five years, and much of it is expected to be used in the South China Sea. China has reclaimed small islands and reefs there and has built airfields and port facilities. The country is claiming almost all of the resource-rich waters as its own.

子曰、君子而不仁者有矣夫、未有小人而仁者也。

子曰わく、君子にして不仁なる者あらんか。未だ小人にして仁なる者あらざるなり。

【現代語訳】
孔子がおっしゃいました、
「仁者とは別の形の人格者というのはいるかも知れない。しかし仁者でありながらつまらない人間というのは一人もいない。」

【English】
Confucius said, "There may be some gentlemen who are not benevolent. But there are not any worthless men who are benevolent."

『論語』とは
読んで字の如く「論じ語る」、孔子と弟子達や要人達との間に交された対話録。
『論語』は私たちの生き方の原点を見つめた思索の宝庫であり、人間性を磨く叡智が凝縮した永遠の古典。
読めば読むほど胸に深く沁み込む簡潔な言葉の数々。
『孟子』『大学』『中庸』と併せて儒教における「四書」の一つに数えられる。
全20編（学而第一～堯曰第二十） 構成され、編の名称は各編の最初の二文字を採ったものであり内容上の意味はない。
したがって、学而第一から順に読む必要はなくどこから読んでもかまわない。
