In the run-up to November's critical midterm elections, the White House is focusing on families.
At a daylong summit on working families, the president ordered expanded access to more flexible work hours and said the U.S. should finally offer paid maternity leave.
ABC's Robin Roberts talked to the first lady about the struggles of balancing kids and career.

"Who I was at the time was a breast-feeding mother of a four-month old, and I didn't have a babysitter, so I promptly took Sasha to the interview with me."

The first lady also talked about her post-White House plans, saying politics are definitely not in her future.
