「ご褒美に～を買ってあげよう」と言いたい時には何と言えばいいか？

たとえば、I'll buy you something as a treat/as a reward/ as a little gift.などの言い方があるが、
a treatは「ご褒美」の中でも、特に楽しみや喜びを与えるものに対して使われる。日常的な努力や行いに対して、ちょっとした贅沢や特別な何かを与える、というニュアンスがある。

「最近とても頑張っているね。ご褒美にジルの服を買ってあげるよ」

a rewardは、より具体的な行動や成果に対する「報酬」という意味合いが強くなる。努力や貢献に対する正当な評価として何かを与える、というニュアンスだ。

a little giftはちょっとした贈り物、プレゼントという意味合い。必ずしも特定の行動に対する報酬ではなく、親愛の情や感謝の気持ちを表すために贈る、というニュアンスだ。
