EVERYONE AND THEIR MOTHER

　everyone and their motherは英語の定型表現で、「誰も彼も」「ありとあらゆる人」という意味で使われる。
特にある場所や状況が非常に混雑していることを強調するときによく使われる。

EVEN-KEELED

　even-keeledは新しい言い方で、「安定した, 落ち着いた, 危なげない」の意味で信頼厚き研究社オンラインディクショナリー（KOD）のEVに定義されている。

　このKODが記されているように、元々はon (an) even keel（ 〈船･航空機が〉《前後あるいは左右に》水平[平衡]を保って）の言い方から来ている。
　どんなにAIが発達しても信頼できる辞書は必要であって、KODは翻訳者、学習者に不可欠だ。

　動詞exertは「（権力･影響力など）を行使する、及ぼす、（力など）を出す、働かす」。

　exert oneselfで、「精一杯努力する、一所懸命やる」。

In the photo, a young female teacher is enthusiastically explaining a lesson, her expression lively and engaged. The child listens intently, her gaze fixed on the teacher with a look of earnest curiosity. Given the focused attention in their study session, the child's grades are sure to improve.

　写真の若い女性の先生が熱心に勉強を教えている。表情は生き生きとしていて、教えることに集中している。子供は熱心に耳を傾け、すごく興味深そうに先生を見つめている。ふたりは勉強に集中しているから、子供の成績は確実に上がるだろう。
