龍眼寺（亀戸七福神 No.6)

私が東京での単身赴任時代に巡った七福神を紹介していきます。
第四陣は「亀戸七福神」です。

天台宗。創立は、応永２年（1395）開山は良博。
39世元珍が萩を好み、元禄６年（1963）に境内に萩を植えた。
その後、明和７年（1770）住持義梅がさらに萩を増殖したので当寺を萩寺と称した。
中秋のころは遊覧の人が多く集う江戸の名所の一つとなった。
