　今日のGetUpEnglishも、覚えておくと便利な「問い合わせ」や「感謝」や「お悔やみ」などの表現を紹介する。　

　動詞recognizeは、「認識する、認める」であるが、「（功績など）を認める、評価する、表彰する」の意味でも使われる。　

　そして、We would like to recognize…（……を表彰したいと思う）という言い方はよく使われる。　

　今日のGetUpEnglishは、この言い方を学習しよう。
