　colleagueは、一緒に仕事をしている、働いている人のこと。「同僚」あるいは「会社の人、仲間」。

　"Who's that guy standing next to Mr. Seijo?"

　"Oh, that's Nogawa-san. He's our new colleague here in the sales department." 　

　「成城さんの隣にいる人は誰？」　

　「ああ、野川さんだよ。販売部に新しく入ったんだ」

　colleagueは、co-workerとも言う。
