　The immediate need for education and practice in...: ただちに～する教育、実践に対する即座の必要性：名詞を名詞の通りに訳すと日本語として硬くなるので、試訳くらいに品詞転換で対応する必要がある。

　inspirational: インスピレーションの、霊感の。だが、状況に応じて違和感のない言い方にしたい。試訳にあるように「神々しい」としてはどうだろうか？

　そのほか、again, apparent, everyなどもさりげなく表現に出すようにしたい。
