英国議会の来週の予定表 日本も日程闘争からの脱却を

 英国議会のホームページでは、日本時間の土曜日朝（現地は金曜日夜）に翌週（２月７日週）の予定表が来ます。月曜日から金曜日まで。ツイッターの公式アカウントでも誘導があるし、メールマガジンもあります。日本の衆議院では、衆議院公報のメルマガがあったのですが、数年間廃止されました。これはおそらく衆議院事務局→議員会館各事務所で、メルマガは使われなくなったからでしょう。

　私の知っている限りでは、法案採決は３本線、２本線、１本線のアンダーラインが引かれていて、与党政府外議員はまったく仕事がないけど、特に３本線はしっかり出ないと院内幹事に叱られるようです。

　国会の見える化を進めてきた、自民党の逢沢一郎・国対委員長が、委員会に先立つ理事会のネット中継に前向きなツイッターを発していて、賛同できます。また、議院運営委員会の本委員会も、いずれにしろ儀礼的なものですし、本会議の議題が分かるので、中継して欲しいと考えます。
