大統領自ら保身のために、民主主義の根幹中の根幹、大統領選挙制度の信頼性と公正性を否定するという考えられないような暴挙がまかり通り、それに呼応して国民が暴動に走ると言う目も当てられないようなアメリカの茶番劇をどう見るのか、営々と築き上げてきた人類の文化文明の歴史が何を物語るのかを思うと、目の前の悲惨な現実が悲しい。
